Kentucky sets a record for new voter registration
A record number of new voters have registered to vote in Kentucky in the November 6th election. State officials said on Thursday that over 57,000 new voters have been added since May. The total number of Kentucky voters eligible to vote totals more than 3 million. The record number of voters registered has ignited hopes of a record voter turnout on election day. Kentucky's number of registered voters has grown by over 130,000 since the 2008 election.
