Three People Have Been Indicted In A South Eastern KY Murder Case
Three people have been indicted in federal court for allegedly murdering a Clay County man.
Jimmy D. Benge, Gerald Lee Sizemore, and Vernon Delph have been indicted with the murder of Eli Marcum with the intent to retaliate against him for providing information to a law enforcement officer relating to a federal offense.
The murder which also charges Benge and several others with distributing OxyCodone.
The indictment charges Benge with offering to pay to have Marcum killed and Sizemore committed the offense.
The three could face death or life in prison if convicted.
