Floyd County Library planning to offer new services this spring

The Floyd County Public Library will begin offering a variety of services and classes beginning this spring and summer. The services will focus on adults of all ages. Potential classes may include a variety of book clubs; life skills; career/resume services; exercise; creative writing; song writing; increasing your internet presence; information on the Affordable Healthcare Act; basic genealogy; basic computing; sewing; recipes/cooking;and many more. Potential young adult classes/services may include a LEGO & other stop motion movie club; a drama/dinner theater troupe, writing classes; and music and /or art offerings; comics and cosplay and others. If you are interested in any of these services or more, stop by the public library in Prestonsburg or Minnie.
