School Shooting in Kentucky
A school shooting was reported Tuesday at a high school in Kentucky.
Police say that a shooter walked in to the Fern Creek High School in Kentucky and reportedly shot one of the students attending the school and then fled the scene of the crime.
Students recall hearing gun shots and then being ushered into classrooms where they were instructed to get on the ground.
Once clear, police immediately began evacuating the school, which houses around fourteen hundred students.
The students were taken to a nearby park to be reunited with their parents.
The student who was shot was taken to the hospital and reportedly suffered only minor injuries.
An unnamed juvenile was later arrested in connection to the shooting, but it is currently unclear whether or not he or she was a student from the high school.
