Pastor Glenn Potter, age 65, of Carrie, passed away on Thursday, May 16. Funeral services will be held Sunday, May 19 at 1:00 p.m. at the Nelson Frazier Funeral Home in Hindman.
He is survived by his wife: Sandra Fugate Potter of Carrie, KY.; Sons: Ronald (Kathy) Potter of Letcher County, KY, Greg Potter of Colson, KY.; Daughters: Stephanie (Danny) Morales of Colson, KY, Ashley (Cody) Sexton of Whitesburg, KY.; Brothers: George Potter of Colson, KY, Everett Potter of Letcher County, KY, Ferl Potter of Thornton, KY,.; 8 Grandchildren, A Host of Nieces & Nephews.
He was Pastor of the Camp Branch House of Worship, and a retired police officer. He was preceded in death by his parents, Ben and Fronia Amburgey Potter; son: Kreg Potter; Brothers: Ira Potter, John Potter, Hargis Potter, Linville potter, Ben Potter, Ray Potter; sister: Myrtle Potter. Visitation will be after 6 p.m. Saturday with evening services at 7:00. Glen Ross, Donnie Enfusse, and Lewis Sandlin will officiate the funeral. Burial will follow in the Bates Cemetery at Colson.
