Typically most lending agencies can't do loans, unless your credit score is above 620. Depending on each individual situation, sometimes the lenders can help you improve your score. There may some things on your credite report, that are incorrect. This can have a big affect on your credit score. They can also give you tips to help boost your score. That will depend on the lender and if they are willing to work with you. Some times you may run onto someone selling on land contract, but even they are starting to ask for credit ratings and big downpayments.
