A Harlan County man is facing charges after being arrested early yesterday morning. Mark Cox is said to have gotten into an altercation with his wife, Jessica, where she told officers he was verbally abusive toward her. An investigation showed he had violated an Emergency Protective Order she had against him. Mark Cox was also in possession of marijuana at the time of his arrest.
