In Bell County a fatal shooting took place late Monday night in the Tanyard Hill community. Larry Wayne Posey, 41, was shot and killed at his home on Highway 3482 just before 9pm on Monday. Sheriff’s deputies responded to a call and say Posey died at the scene. Police are treating this as a death investigation and are awaiting autopsy results. No further information has been given at this time.
