An Eastern Kentucky sheriff is letting it be known that no one is above the law, not even his own family. Martin County sheriff, John Kirk, has placed his cousin on the most wanted list for 5 counts of allegedly obscuring the identity of a machine. Johnny Kirk Sr. is the sheriff second cousin and the two are close.
