U.S. Circuit Judge David Bunning has ruled Rowan County Clerk Kim Davis in contempt of court. Davis was escorted out of the courtroom by Federal Marshalls and was not bound in handcuffs. Davis is going to be incarcerated until she agrees to resume her duties and begin issuing marriage licenses in Rowan County.
