A Pike County Community remembers a toddler who died earlier this week. Three year old Eli Bullock of Millard passed away at Pikeville Medical Center on Monday. Officials believe he may have knocked his mother’s truck out of gear, causing it to roll down an embankment. His 9 month old brother was also in the truck, but was secured in a child seat and escaped with minor injuries. Funeral Service for Eli will be held today at 1 pm at J.W. Call and Son funeral home.
