A RECENT AMERICAN OPTOMETRIC ASSOCIATION SURVEY FOUND 48-PERCENT OF AMERICANS THINK CARROTS ARE THE BEST FOOD FOR EYE HEALTH. BUT OPTOMETRIST DOCTOR DARREN PATRICK SAYS SOME OTHER FOODS ARE KEY TO GOOD VISION.

(The best are your dark, leafy green vegetables, so not your iceberg lettuce but basically spinach, kale greens, collard greens, things like that, turnip greens. Those are really   all the highest in the antioxidants that you’re going to find in your normal daily diet.)
