Kenneth passed away on February 3, 2016. Cynthia Lois Allen, 55, of Prestonsburg, KY. She was born on April 9, 1960 in Martin, KY to Donald Woodrum of Ripley, WV and the late Marie Cole Woodrum. She was married to Christopher Allen. Cynthia passed away on February 3, 2016. Services will be on Saturday (February 6, 2016) 11am Nelson Frazier Funeral Home, Martin, Ky with Arnold Turner officiating. Buddy Anderson, 76, of Bevinsville, KY. He was born on November 30, 1939 in Floyd Co. KY to the late Hillard & Mary Slone Anderson. There is no spouse listed. Buddy passed away on February 3, 2016. Douglas Ray Adkins, 70, of Viper, KY. He was born on July 28, 1945 to the late Raymond Adkins and the late Pearl Jenning Adkins. He was married to Pauline Blair Adkins.
