Deputies arrived at the Whitley County residence to check on a disturbance call. When they entered the residence, they found 28 year old Nickie Carpenter intoxicated. Carter admitted to being high on Meth and Bath Salts. Officials discovered prescription pills and drug paraphernalia in the home. While searching the residence they discovered pain pills and jewelry that were stolen from a neighbor. Carpenter is now facing several drug and theft charges.
