Four were injured in a Perry County crash

The incident happened on Route 7 near the Viper community. A SUV carrying the victims was traveling near the yellow line on a snow and slush covered road. According to officials, the vehicle slid and the driver over corrected, causing the vehicle to flip and roll. None of the passengers were wearing seat belts, and one passenger was ejected during the crash. The four were transported to Hazard ARH for treatment, and the Perry County Sheriff’s department is investigating the incident.
