Carma Nell Horn, aged 73 of Paintsville, formerly of Inez, passed away Saturday morning, March 5, 2016 at Highlands Regional Medical Center in Prestonsburg. Services will be held at 1pm Tuesday, March 8, 2016 in the chapel of the Phelps and Son Funeral Home with burial to follow in the Harvey Cemetery in Inez. Garrett Mills and Dwayne Mills will officiate.
