Three Arrested in Drug Bust

Three have been arrested in a Floyd County drug bust. An anonymous tip led to the Floyd County Sheriff’s Department executing a search warrant on Tuesday, June 11, 2019, at a resident located on RT 122 at Printer. The search was a result of an investigation into alleged illegal drug trafficking from a residence occupied by several individuals who were also wanted on outstanding warrants. Anonymous callers used the sheriff’s tip line to give information that led to the investigation and arrest of individuals wanted. During the search, Deputies, along with K9 Drago and the Martin Police, discovered individuals baggies of crystal meth, prescription pills, digital scales, and other drug paraphernalia. Individuals arrested at the scene were 46-year-old Azzie Hall, 43-year-old Retta McKenzie, and 38-year-old Steven Hunter. All three were charged with drug trafficking.
