Joann Collins Osborne, age 86, of Langley, KY, wife of Billie E. Osborne, passed away Sunday, January 12, 2020 at her residence. She was born February 26, 1933 in Martin, KY, a daughter of the late Elza and Sally Marshall Collins.

Funeral service will be conducted on Thursday, January 16 at 12 noon in the Hall Funeral Home Chapel with Larry Patton and Johnny Collins officiating. Burial will follow in the Gethsemane Gardens, Prestonsburg, KY. Visitation is after 6 PM Tuesday and all day Wednesday at Hall Funeral Home, Martin.
