Alice Faye Bailey Howard, age 68 of Royalton, Ky., wife of Woodford “Woody” Howard passed away on Friday evening January 24, 2020 at the Salyersville Healthcare Center in Salyersville, Ky. She was born December 07, 1951 in Royalton, Kentucky to the late Ellis and Lonia Thacker Bailey.

Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 P.M. Tuesday, January 28, 2020 from the Magoffin County Funeral Home Chapel with Greg Minix officiating. Burial will follow in the Howard Family Cemetery at Royalton, Kentucky. Friends may visit the funeral home after 6:00 Sunday, January 26, 2020 all day Monday and any time prior to funeral services on Tuesday.
