Earvin Ray Hall, age 74 of Lacey Creek Road, Salyersville, Ky, passed away on Saturday evening January 25, 2020 at the Paul B. Hall Medical Center in Paintsville, Ky. He was born January 3, 1946 in Magofifn County, Kentucky to the late Junior and Oney Phipps Hall.

Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 P.M. Wednesday January 29, 2020 from the Magoffin County Funeral Home Chapel with Hershell Wright and Marty Gamble officiating. Burial will follow in the Hall Family Cemetery at Lacy Creek, Kentucky. Friends may visit the funeral home after 6:00 P.M. Monday January 27, 2020, all day Tuesday and any time prior to funeral services on Wednesday.
