Ella Sue Rowe Arnett age 76 of Salyersville, Kentucky passed away Monday, March 09, 2020 at the Hospice Care Center in Hazard Kentucky. She was born August 12, 1943 in Royalton, Kentucky to the late Will and Marie Howard Rowe.

Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 P.M. Thursday March 12. 2020 from the Guncreek United Baptist Church with Jr McCarty officiating. Burial will follow in the Rowe Cemetery at Bill Fork, Kentucky. Friends may visit the church after 5:00 P.M. Tuesday, March 10, 2020, all day Wednesday and any time prior to funeral services on Thursday.
