Lola Bartley, 70 of Blaine, KY passed away March 10, 2020 at her residence. She was born May 29, 1949 in Pike County, KY the daughter of the late Willie Carter and Rosie Mullins Carter.

Visitation will be from 6-10PM Thursday, March 12, 2020 at the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel with a service at 7PM. Funeral services will be conducted Friday, March 13, 2020 at 11AM from the chapel with Edgar Sanders & Richard Gibson officiating. Burial will follow at the Bartley Cemetery, Ashcamp, KY.
