Ella Louise Farley, age 76, of Louisa, KY, passed away April 10, 2020 at Cabell Huntington Hospital in Huntington, WV. She was born January 20, 1944 in Baltimore, MD to the late Oscar Kirby and Mildred Hall Kirby.

There will be a private graveside service at the Fluty Lick Cemetery with Billy Boyd officiating.
