Kevin Lee Slone, age 49 passed away on Thursday, April 9, 2020 at ARH Our Lady of the Way, Martin, Kentucky. He was born December 14, 1970 in Lexington, Kentucky to Launa “Carol” Lafferty Slone & the late Paul David Slone.

All visitation and funeral services will be private and for Immediate Family only in Compliance with the Governor’s request for COVID-19 restrictions.
