Michael Joseph Tackett know as “Mikey Joe” husband of Samantha Moore passed away from this life peacefully on Friday April 10th, 2020 in The Clifton Oaks Center in Louisville, Kentucky. Mikey Joe was born on November 14th, 1979 in Pikeville to Michael Tackett and Susie Reynold of McDowell.

All visitation and funeral services will be private and for Immediate Family only in Compliance with the Governor’s request for COVID-19 restrictions.
