Joyce Ousley, age 72, of Martin, KY, passed away Wednesday, May 20, 2020 in the Greg and Noreen Wells Hospice Center, Hazard, KY. She was born August 29, 1947 in Hueysville, KY, a daughter of the late Roe and Gracie Robinson Ousley.

Funeral service will be conducted on Saturday, May 23 at Hall Funeral Home with Ronnie Samons officiating and burial to follow in the Stephens Ousley Cemetery, Prestonsburg, KY.
