Elezene Holbrook age 98 of Salyersville, Kentucky passed away Wednesday, June 10, 2020 in Prestonsburg, Kentucky.  She was born September 27, 1027 at Oakley, Kentucky to the late Skid and Eliza Gullett Montgomery.

Graveside service will be conducted 1 P.M. Saturday, June 13, 2020 from the Dyer Cemetery at Middle Fork, Kentucky with John Howard officiating. Friends may visit the funeral home Friday, June 12, 2020 from 6 P.M. till 8 P.M.

In lieu of flowers, family has requested contributions to the Appalachian Hospice Care, 1520 State Hwy 1428, Hagerhill, Kentucky 41222.
