Joey Dale Bartley, age 61, of Pikeville, KY. passed away on Thursday, July 2, 2020 at his home. He was born on October 1, 1958, the son of Jean Bartley and the late Marvin Bartley.

There will be a private family funeral.  Entombment will follow in the Annie E. Young Mausoleum.
