Gary Ray Mayhan, age 74 of Wittensville, Kentucky, passed away Wednesday, August 5, 2020 at Paul B. Hall Regional Medical Center in Paintsville. Born February 23, 1946 in Paintsville, Kentucky, he was the son of the late James Herbert Mayhan and Lucille Maynard Mayhan.

Funeral services will be held 12:00pm, Saturday, August 8, 2020 in the chapel of the Phelps & Son Funeral Home with burial to follow in the Dixon Cemetery at Staffordsville, Kentucky. Josh Hayden will officiate. Friends may visit at the Phelps & Son Funeral Home on Friday from 6:00-9:00pm and prior to services on Saturday. The family requests that in lieu of flowers contributions be made to the Phelps & Son Funeral Home to assist with funeral expenses by calling (606)789-8989.
