Timothy Grey Barker, age 70 of Van Lear, Kentucky passed away Tuesday, August 11, 2020 at King’s Daughters Medical Center in Ashland.

     Born November 3, 1949 in Paintsville, Kentucky he was the son of the late Leonard Grey Barker, Jr and Neva Jean (Selvage) Barker.

Funeral services will be held 11:00am Saturday, August 15, 2020 in the chapel of the Phelps & Son Funeral Home with burial to follow in the Highland Memorial Park, Staffordsville. Friends may visit the Phelps & Son Funeral Home from 6:00pm to 8:00pm Friday and anytime prior to the service on Saturday. Paul Wayne Browning will officiate. Arrangements are under the direction of the Phelps & Son Funeral Home.

*The family has requested visitors adhere to the “Executive Order” issued by the Governor. All persons attending the visitation or funeral will be required to wear a face covering of some type.*
