William W. Mullins 82, of Lenore, West Virginia passed away at the Tug Valley ARH Medical Center in South Williamson, Kentucky. He was born in Logan, West Virginia on November 9, 1938 to the late Jessie Mullins and Ersie Tombline Mullins.

Funeral services will be held at the Warfield Chapel of the Callaham Funeral Home in Warfield, Kentucky on Wednesday, January 6, 2021 at 11:00am with Jimmy Maynard officiating. Burial will follow at the Blair Cemetery in Lenore, WV. Friends may visit at the chapel on Tuesday from 6:00-9:00pm. CDC guidelines will be followed with social distancing and face coverings required. Arrangements are under the direction of the Callaham Funeral Home, Inez, KY.
