Ida Rosetta Thyra Collins, age 74, of Keavy, KY, formerly of Floyd County, passed away on Monday, January 4, 2021 at her residence. She was born May 17, 1946, in Betsy Layne, KY, a daughter of the late Tolva and Nancy Akers Leedy. She was a secretary for the Big Sandy Community Action Program for 25 years and of the Freewill Baptist faith.

Funeral service for Ms. Rosetta Collins will be conducted on Thursday, January 7, 2021 at 3 PM in the Hall Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in the Davidson Memorial Gardens, Ivel, KY. Visitation is after 1 PM Wednesday at Hall Funeral Home
