Billy Isom Runyon, age 83, of Pikeville, KY., passed from this life, Wednesday, January 6, 2021. Billy was born in Pikeville, KY., December 19, 1937 to the late James Homer and Myra Kinney Runyon.

The family will accept friends at Thacker Memorial Funeral Home, Saturday, January 9, 2021 from 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM. Funeral services for Billy will be Sunday, January 10, 2021, also at Thacker Memorial Funeral Home with burial following at Annie E. Young Cemetery in Pikeville, KY.
