Douglas Moore of Martin, Kentucky passed away on Friday January 29, 2021 at the age of 81 years old. After months of failing health, he passed away peacefully in his home surrounded by family.

All are welcome for visitation to take place at Nelson Frazier Funeral Home, 7 Clinic Dr, Martin, KY 41649 on Sunday, January 31st

Funeral Services will begin at 11:30 am on Monday February 1st at Nelson Frazier Funeral Home

He will be laid to rest immediately following funeral service at Dingus
