Tracy “Clinton” McKinney, age 78 of Harold, Kentucky, passed away on Wednesday, January 27, 2021 at Pikeville Medical Center, Pikeville, Kentucky.

He was born December 5, 1942 in Floyd County, Kentucky to the late Herman & Allie Hamilton McKinney. He was the husband of Analine Hamilton McKinney. He was a retired coal miner.

Visitation will begin Friday, February 5, 2021 at 6pm at the funeral home and will continue all day Saturday.

Funeral Services will be held Sunday, February 7, 2021 at 1:30pm at Nelson Frazier Funeral Home, Martin, Kentucky with Pikeville Freewill Baptist Ministers officiating

Burial will follow at Ballard & Raney Hunt Cemetery, Toler Creek, Harold, Kentucky
