Jessie Noble Hicks, age 38 of Emmalena, Kentucky passed away on Saturday, February 6, 2021 in Pigeon Roost, Kentucky. She was born on July 3, 1982 in Knott County, Kentucky to Riley Noble & The late Louise Combs Noble. She was the wife of William John Hicks.

Memorial Services for Jessie Noble Hicks with be 1PM, Thursday 11, 2021 at Nelson-Frazier Funeral Home Chapel in Hindman, Kentucky. With Corey Watson officiating. The family will receive friends from 11AM-1PM prior to the memorial services.
