  • Breathitt County

  • Elliott County
    • Whitt and Sons Funeral Home (Highway 7 & 32 North, Sandy Hook). Contact Elliott County Emergency Services for more details at (606) 738-6000
  • Floyd County
    • Floyd County Community Center is open in Martin as a warming station. You are able to stay the night, but they ask you to bring a pillow and blanket. Or if you just need to stop by to charge your phone you’re able to do so.  They will have some refreshments available.

    • Irene Cole Baptist Church at 157 Riverfront Ave, Prestonsburg
    • Prestonsburg City Hall at 200 N Lake Drive, Prestonsburg
    • Allen Volunteer Fire Department at 142 Court St, Allen
    • The Left Beaver Fire Dept is open and now serving as a warming station for anyone needing warmth and shelter. Department located at 1599 KY-122, Hi Hat
    • Middlecreek Fire Department #2
    • Please note: these locations are temporary warming stations only, NOT SHELTERS. Residents are welcome to warm up as well as charge phones if needed. Food will not be served unless otherwise stated
  • Johnson County
    • A warming center has been opened at the Paintsville Recreation Center at 232 Preston Street in Paintsville. The center will remain open as long as there is a need.
  • Knott County

  • Lawrence County
    • The Lawrence County Community Center across from Lawrence County High School in Louisa is open as a warming center.
  • Letcher County
    • Letcher Co Recreation Center (1505 Jenkins Rd, Whitesburg) is open as a warming center. Contact Letcher County Emergency Management for more information 606-633-0429.
  • Magoffin County
    • Lloyd M. Hall Community Center (88 Church House Road, Salyersville) is open as a warming center.  Contact Magoffin County Emergency Management for more details at 606-349-2313.
  • Martin County
    • Martin County Extension Office (Old Middle Fork Road across from Inez Nazarene Church) is being utilized as a basic warming station. If you plan to utilize this facility please be sure to bring with you any supplies you will need.

  • Morgan County
    • West Liberty Christian Church has a shelter available. For information on the shelter you can contact Hunter Fraley at (606)495-6879. For non-emergency issues you can contact Morgan County EOC at (606)743-4020
  • Perry County
    • Perry Co Courthouse (481 Main St, Hazard) Contact Perry County Emergency Management for more information 606-439-1816.
  • Pike County
    • WestCare Perry Cline Emergency Shelter (173 Redale Rd, Pikeville). The facility requires anyone wishing to stay on-site to take a rapid COVID-19 test in order to keep everyone safe. Those people will be kept in a quarantine warming station until their tests show a positive result, at which point they are welcome to enter the facility.
  • Wolfe County

    • Hazel Green Fire Department (75 Spring Street, Hazel Green)
