Travis Ray Mullins, age 27 of Winchester, Kentucky, passed away on Wednesday, March 3, 2021 at his residence. He was born July 27, 1993 in Martin, Kentucky to Anthony (Doris) Mullins of McDowell, Kentucky and Winnie Hall of Dwale, Kentucky. He was the husband of Meghan Banks Mullins. He was a team member for Toyota Motor Manufacturing of Kentucky.

Visitation will begin Saturday, March 6, 2021 at 4pm at the funeral home and will continue all day Sunday, March 7, 2021

Funeral Services will be held Monday, March 8, 2021 at 12 noon at Nelson Frazier Funeral Home, Martin, Kentucky with Lee Boyd officiating

Burial will follow at Gethsemane Gardens, Prestonsburg, Kentucky
