Phillip Reed Banks, age 79 of London, Kentucky. Formally of Letcher County, went to be with our Lord on Thursday April 1, 2021 at his residence in London, Kentucky. He was as born on September 5, 1941 in Letcher County, Kentucky to the late Melvin & Mahala Sizemore Banks. He was the husband of the late Betty Lou Russell Banks. Phillip loved to raise a beautiful garden every spring and summer.

Funeral Service for Mr. Phillip Reed Banks will be 1PM, Sunday April 4, 2021 at the Tolson Creek Old Regular Baptist Church in Blakey, Kentucky with Vigil Caudill & Other Old Regular Baptist Ministers officiating, burial will follow at the Whitaker Cemetery in Premium, Kentucky.

Public Viewing will be from 6PM-10PM, Saturday evening at the Tolson Creek Old Regular Baptist Church in Blackey, Kentucky with evening services at 7PM.
