Ray Messer, age 68 of London, Kentucky formally of Knott County. Passed away on Saturday May 1, 2021 at the Baptist Health Hospital in Corbin, Kentucky. He was born on October 8, 1952 in Knott County, Kentucky to the late Carue & Cherry Francis Short Messer. He was the husband of the late Nancy McCown Messer.

Services for Mr. Ray Messer will be Thursday May 6, 2021 at 12 Noon at the Nelson-Frazier Funeral Home Chapel in Hindman, Kentucky with Bill Kirby Officiating. Visitation will be from 11AM-12 Noon prior to the funeral services.

Burial will follow at the Short Family Cemetery at Mill Creek, Carrie, KY.
