Carol Faye Fannin, age 70 of Van Lear, Kentucky passed away Tuesday, May 4, 2021 at Community Hospice Care Center in Ashland, Kentucky.

Born June 12, 1950 in Floyd County, she was the daughter of the late Jack Morrison and Margie (Ward) Morrison.

There will be no public funeral or viewing at this time. A Memorial Service will be held at a later date and will be announced by the Phelps & Son Funeral Home.

Arrangements are under the direction of the Phelps & Son Funeral Home.
