A Corbin man has been sentenced to 25 years in federal prison for the production of child pornography. Andrew J. Kerr, 32 of Corbin recorded and saved images and videos of himself engaging in sexual acts with a minor in 2020. In June of 2021 Kerr pleaded guilty to these charges. Officials say Kerr must serve at least 85% of his sentence. He will then be under the supervision of a probation officer for the rest of his life.
