Dale Conn, age 63 of Martin, Kentucky, passed away on Monday, September 20, 2021 at his residence.

Visitation will be held Saturday, September 25, 2021 at 6pm at the funeral home and will continue all day Sunday, September 26, 2021

Funeral Services will be held Monday, September 27, 2021 at 1pm at Nelson Frazier Funeral Home, Martin, Kentucky with Ted Shannon officiating.
