Paul Ray Kestner, age 57 of Paintsville, Kentucky passed away Sunday, September 19, 2021 at his residence.

A time of visitation will be held Wednesday, September 22,2021 at the Phelps & Son Funeral Home from 1:00pm-9:00pm. There will be no public funeral service. Arrangements are under the direction of the Phelps & Son Funeral Home.
