Last night a traffic stop initiated by an inadequate silencer and expired tags led to the recovery of a stolen vehicle and the arrest of Meggin Stapleton. Five arrest warrants were served on Ms. Stapleton. She was lodged in the BSRDC. 

Stapleton was charged with the following:

Inadequate silencer (muffler)

No operators-moped license 

No registration plates 

No registration receipt

Receiving stolen property $1,000-$10,000

Possession of Marijuana
