An eventful night in Johnson County began when deputies went to serve a warrant on Mill Street in Paintsville and the male subject ran out the back door of the residence. The subject fled on foot and attempted to elude deputies by hiding. Once located he was taken into custody without incident. Mr. Perkins had three warrants and two criminal summons. He was arrested and lodged in the BSRDC.
Perkins was charged with the following:
Fleeing or evading, 2nd degree (on foot)
Non-payment of court cost, fees or fines
Failure to appear
Contempt of court libel/slander resistance to order
