A man out of Pike County was recently indicted after he allegedly engaged in sexual activity with inmates who were under his supervision.

38-year-old Jordan Hall, of Kimper, has been charged with five counts of third-degree rape, three counts of third-degree sodomy, and four counts of promoting contraband in an indictment made on Thursday.

While working for a food service company that had a contract with the jail, Hall is said to have engaged in sexual activity with three inmates between December of last year and February of this year. He also stands accused of smuggling alcohol, pills, and marijuana gummies inside the jail.

Each charge against Hall carries a potential prison sentence of between 1 and 5 years.
