A second person has now been arrested in connection to the killing of a Mingo County woman.

 

27-year-old Chace Michael Prater, of Williamson, was arrested two weeks ago on a charge of first-degree murder. This coming after the shooting death of his aunt, Teresa Harmon, at her home on March 31st.

 

Prater will join 36-year-old Alex Dewayne Likens, of Ragland, who has also been charged with murder in this case.

 

Authorities have additionally added conspiracy charges against both individuals.
