James Roscoe Estep, age 79, passed away Monday, June 20, 2022 at the Pikeville Medical Center. James was born on May 13, 1943 to his parents the late Mack Estep and Josephine Lester Estep.  He was the husband of Velvet Hunt Estep, a coal miner, and a believer of the Pentecostal Faith.

Visitation will be Wednesday at 6p.m. at Jesus Tabernacle Church at Fed’s Creek.  Church services will be Wednesday at 7p.m.  The funeral will be Thursday, June 23, 2022 at 1p.m. at the Jesus Tabernacle Church with Hobert McCoy officiating.  Burial will follow in the Jones Cemetery at Steele, Ky.
