Kentucky Governor Andy Beshear has reported on deaths throughout the region that have come as a result of the historic flash flooding.

 

On Sunday, July 31st, the governor announced that 28 deaths have been confirmed.

 

The counties who are reporting deaths include:

 

15 in Knott County

 

6 in Breathitt County

 

3 in Perry County

 

2 in Letcher County

 

And 2 in Clay County
